6 week Bootcamp Training!

Our bootcamp workout is a circuit-style class alternating cardio conditioning with strength training exercises.

Along with numerous health benefits, this energizing and refreshing program is designed to:missfit logo

This class is designed for those looking for a new, fun and challenging way to get in better shape.

  • Session 1: May 5 through June 9
  • Session 2a: June 16 through July 21 (6:30-7:30 AM)
  • Session 2b: June 16 through July 21 (7:30-8:30 AM)
  • Session 2c: Co-ed Mr & MissFIT- Coed - June 18 - July 23 (6:30-7:30AM)
  •  Session 3a: MissFIT: August 4-September 8, Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 AM
  • Session 3b: MissFIT: August 4-September 8, Tuesdays from 7:45-8:45 AM
  • Session 3c: Co-ed Mr & MissFIT, August 6-September 10, Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 AM

All sessions meet at Arroyo Park West in West Davis (2000 Shasta Drive).(Patwin School). Sessions 2a-2b/3a-3b meet on Tuesdays; Session 2c/3c meets on Thursdays.

MissFit runnerInstructors: Lisa Herrington and Jennifer Miramontes. Both are ACE Certified Personal Trainers with a long history of personal training in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
